We R Foco’s own Impact Chiropractic was recently chosen as one of the Top 10 Best in Colorado for Patient Satisfaction by the American Institute of Chiropractors – and has won this award now for the past four years in a row!
Impact Chiropractic makes it very easy for patients to review them and provide feedback on their website, and Impact takes each and every comment into consideration. Being responsive to feedback is a huge part of increasing patient satisfaction. This seems to be one of many aspects of their business that Impact has mastered.
We asked Impact Chiropractic a few questions to learn a little bit more about how they’ve managed to build such great relationships with their patients.
WRF: Why is it important to you to build relationships with patients?
Impact: At Impact, our patients are the most important part of our business and we believe in putting our patients first. We have so many patients that have truly become family over the years, many who have been with us since opening over seven years ago. What makes us proud is when a patient of ours trusts us enough to refer a friend or family member – that is a true honor! We also love being a part of our patients’ life journeys. We have helped many couples with infertility challenges, supported them through healthy pregnancies, and have visited them at home afterward to check their babies.
WRF: What does patient satisfaction mean to you?
Impact: At Impact, we believe that a healthy body starts with a healthy spine and nervous system. We work endlessly to make sure that every patient feels heard and sees results in their care. We love educating on healthy, holistic lifestyle tips as well. Patient satisfaction is all about creating a trusting relationship with each one of our patients. We have seen so many incredible success stories from babies that are able to fully recover from colic or ear infections to adults who are able to achieve their physical fitness goals. The results are amazing, and I believe this is a big part of what creates our lifetime doctor-patient relationships.
WRF: How does this impact the rest of your business?
Impact: When patients are satisfied, everything falls into place. Our employees are excited to come to work each day, we are able to give back to our community, and we are able to bring more education and expertise to our field. Our doctors each specialize in different areas of chiropractic and have been speakers at and hosted many different conferences throughout the nation. Our success and our patient satisfaction are what drive us to be better, both locally and on a larger national scale.
