CSU Ram fans are passionate about their sports teams, and the sports teams are passionate about them (as well as the rest of Fort Collins). Through programs like "Get Your Green On", which encourages community members to wear their CSU green in support of the school, residents are finding unity with each other and discounts at local businesses!
The Athletics department loves to cater to the youth: for example, CSU's Cheer and Dance Clinic provides an opportunity for aspiring Fort Collins cheerleaders to show off their dance moves at a CSU football game halftime show. There are also countless other camps for the Fort Collins youth, ranging from football to basketball. Whether it's parading through the town before games or opening up concessions to raise money for high school sports teams, CSU encourages the community to become involved with the University.
CSU has 14 competitive teams between men and women, all with the mission to educate, engage, and excel.
