While you are there we hope you can take some time to meet the Daggett’s, owners of Rise! They have lived in Fort Collins since the early 90’s and have also operated the long-standing catering company, Tastebuds Catering. David Daggett has had the opportunity to train at the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco as well as been a go-to for restaurant consulting, menu development and has taught culinary at Front Range Community College and CSU Hospitality. Gay Daggett comes with her own diverse background including baking and pastry, front of the house service and has worked in hotels, clubs, resorts and restaurants around the country.
The real kicker is that these two have successfully managed businesses together for the past 30 years! This husband and wife team have created a local favorite which still prioritizes utilizing only the best ingredients. They are centrally located in the Scotch Pines Shopping Center at 2601 S. Lemay Ave #31.
