William Oliver’s Has Options for Vegetarians and Vegans Too

Whisky and bacon lovers are big fans of William Oliver’s in Fort Collins, but few people know it’s also a great place for vegetarians! Now, I know what you’re thinking- what does a bacon place know about serving vegetarian food- but William Oliver’s menu is ⅓ vegetarian, with 1/3 of those options being vegan. The most popular option is the “Rico’s Famous Sandwich,” serving up tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, a blend of lettuces, and out-of-this-world garlic roasted-garlic aioli.

The menu also boasts both “Jackfruit Tacos” and a “Jackfruit Sandwich,” along with some tasty vegetarian-friendly appetizers which include bruschetta, pickled eggs, house-made hummus, and a pretzel with cheese or whiskey-mustard sauce.

Don’t forget, on top of all of these fabulous options, there’s a secret menu available! Bruschetta pizza and a twist on a caprese sandwich are just some of the additional vegetarian plates. You can check out their main menu here and access their secret menu on their homepage by clicking on the pig.

William Oliver’s is a locally-owned Fort Collins business, run by the dynamic duo Tiffany and Ryan, and with the help of their long-time friend Michael, they opened a second location in Lafayette. With a specialty in Colorado-made products, William Oliver’s is a great choice for your next night out.
